- Therapy information: anything you, your child, or your therapist share during the consultation, assessment, or sessions. This is treated as confidential.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it under its own security and privacy standards.
- Technical data: basic information about your device and how you use our website, which helps us keep the platform working and improve it.
2. How we use your information
To deliver therapy sessions, schedule appointments, communicate with you, process payments, and improve our services. We do not sell your information, ever.
3. Who can see it
Only the professionals involved in your care and authorized staff who keep the platform running. Our service providers (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider) access only what they need to provide their service to us.
4. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email us at the address below. You can also withdraw your consent to our use of your data at any time.
5. Children
If the patient is a child, a parent or legal guardian provides the information and manages the account, and we communicate with them.
6. Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page.
