2. What we are — and are not
Our service is professional speech therapy, not medical diagnosis, and not a substitute for emergency care. If you or your child needs urgent medical attention, contact local emergency services first.
3. Results
We work with evidence-based methods and experienced therapists, but every person is different: we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines.
4. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your account details secure, attend scheduled sessions, and follow the home practice recommended by your therapist. For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account.
5. Payments, rescheduling, and cancellations
Payment is made online via Stripe. You may reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without rescheduling or cancelling 24 hours ahead of time, may be charged in full. Please contact us if you have a problem — we'll always try to be fair.
6. Your content and ours
Our website content, materials, and methods belong to Aabber and are provided for your personal use only. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
